Public PhD Viva-Voice Examination of Miss. Hajer Ali Mohammed Hamoud Alqafri
The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the PhD Dissertation hereto entitled: ” The Effectiveness of a training program based on leaning scaffolds to develop effective teaching skills and the attitude towards the profession among female student teachers, specializing in in field teacher at Faculty of Education, Sana’a University”, submitted by Miss. Hajer Ali Mohammed Hamoud Alqafri Department of Science (Curricula and Methods of Teaching Science) , Faculty of Education –Sana’a, was held on Thursday, 07/08/1446 Hijri corresponding to 06/02/2025. The Viva-Voice Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed at knowing the effectiveness of a training program based on learning scaffolds to develop effective teaching skills and attitude towards the profession among female student teachers, specializing in field teacher at the College of Education, Sana’a University.
The study concluded that the training program based on learning scaffolds is highly effective in developing effective teaching skills and orientation towards the teaching profession.
Many recommendations were suggested as: keeping pace with contemporary global trends in teacher development, so that he/she becomes a teacher who possesses effective teaching skills. It also concluded that developing pre-service teacher training programs by taking advantage of the list of effective teaching skills among student teachers specializing in the field of science and mathematics at the university level.
A number of academics, the department head, some researchers, students, interested people, and a number of the candidates’ colleagues and family members attended the viva.
