For his Master’s thesis entitled:
Determination of relative Anchorage Values of Maxillary Root Surface Areas
by Using CBCT in a Sample of Yemeni Population

The study aims at determining and measuring the root surface area corresponding to the relative anchorage values of maxillary teeth using CBCT within a sample of 18 male and 18 female Yemeni population.
The study comes out with some results as follows: clinical evaluation of extraction scenarios confirm the importance of selecting appropriate anchorage units to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
The researcher presents a number of recommendations at the end of this Master’s thesis, of which: the use of CBCT enhances precision in anchorage planning enabling personalized strategies tailored to anatomical variations. It is important to make a study for knowing changes of root surfaces during orthodontic treatment.
Attendees of the viva session were a number of academics, researchers, students of the major, the researcher’s colleagues and some of family members.
