Many recommendations were suggested as: the college leadership should involve the administrative staff and students in its councils and take their opinions into consideration. Leadership should be selected according to scientific and administrative criteria, and plans should be developed to allocate financial appropriations for all the college’s requirements and programs, evaluate them, and submit periodic reports to update them. The college administration should also provide an environment that encourages creativity and have a specialized team that monitors and solves problems, and allocates a budget to provide incentives for creative ideas.
