Obtained the Master degree with an Excellent average in the major of Clinical Orthodontics from the Department of Orthodontics, Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry and Oral Surgery, Sanaa University,
For his Master’s thesis entitled:
Crown Root Angulation and Collum Angle of Maxillary Anterior Teeth
in Sagittal Malocclusion in a Sample of Yemeni Adult Using CBCT.
The examining committee consisted of:
- Associate Professor Dr. Fuad AL-MUTAREB, Principle Supervisor
Committee Member,
- Assistant Professor Dr. Rami ISHAQ, Internal Examiner

The study comes out with some results as follows: females with Class I malocclusion have a greater Collum Angle in upper right central incisors compared to Classes II and III. Significant variability in Crown Root Angulation and Collum Angle is observed across malocclusion classes, genders and tooth types. Males show higher Crown Root Angulation in Class III lateral incisors and Collum Angle in Class I canines/ central incisors whereas females exhibit higher CA in Class III lateral/ central incisors.
The researcher presents a number of recommendations at the end of this Master’s thesis, of which: There is a need for personalized orthodontic treatment planning using CBCT that has a significant role in assessing tooth morphology.
