Sana’a University Faculty of Dentistry Celebrates Prophet’s Birthday, Welcomes Freshers, and Honors Topper Graduates

The Faculty of Dentistry at Sana’a University organized a ceremony to commemorate the Prophet Mohammed’s Birthday (Mawlid), while welcoming newly admitted students and honoring top-ranking and high-achieving graduates. The event was attended by Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, University Rector, along with senior university officials, faculty members, and students.
In his address, Prof. Al-Bukhaiti emphasized that the occasion provides an opportunity to reinforce the values of knowledge, integrity, responsibility, and excellence within the university community. He also welcomed the new students, reaffirming the University’s commitment to providing a supportive academic environment that promotes quality education, scientific research, innovation, and student development.
The University Rector praised the Faculty of Dentistry for its continued academic progress and achievements in education, scientific research, and community service, commending its leadership and faculty members for their efforts to enhance academic quality and educational outcomes.
In turn, Prof. Rami Abdulrahman Ishaq, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, welcomed the new students and reaffirmed the Faculty’s commitment to providing a modern learning environment that equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to meet the evolving standards of dental education and professional practice.
The event concluded with the recognition of the Faculty’s top-performing students in appreciation of their academic excellence and in encouragement of their continued achievement and innovation, reflecting Sana’a University’s ongoing commitment to fostering academic excellence and supporting student success.
