Al-Bukhaiti and Al-Husam Inspect Phase IV of the Electronic Testing Center at Sana’a University

Sana’a University Rector, Prof. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, along with the Chairman of Yemen Mobile Company, Eng. Abdulkhaleq Al-Husam, the company’s CEO Eng. Amer Hazza, Commercial Executive Director, Mr. Abdulqader Al-Mutawakel, and Deputy Director-General of the Public Telecommunications Corporation, Dr. Esam Al-Hamli, conducted a field visit today to review progress at the University’s Electronic Testing Center (ETC). The visit comes as part of an ongoing follow-up on the implementation of Phase IV of the project.
During the visit, the delegation received a detailed briefing on the Center’s technical and operational readiness, including the mechanisms for administering electronic examinations across various academic disciplines, as well as the latest expansions undertaken within the fourth phase.
Prof. Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the importance of completing all project phases in line with the highest technological standards, highlighting their role in enhancing the efficiency of the educational process and supporting the University’s strategic direction toward digital transformation and automation. He also commended Yemen Mobile Company for its significant contribution to the success of this qualitative project.
He noted that the ETC represents a strategic advancement in modernizing the University’s assessment system, providing an integrated digital environment that facilitates examination procedures while improving accuracy and transparency.
For his part, Eng. Abdulkhaleq Al-Husam expressed the company’s pride in its ongoing partnership with Sana’a University, reaffirming Yemen Mobile Company’s commitment to supporting Phase IV in a manner that meets expansion needs and strengthens the University’s digital infrastructure.
Similarly, Eng. Amer Hazza confirmed that the company will continue to provide the necessary technical and technological support to ensure the project’s success and sustainability.
Mr. Abdulqader Al-Mutawakel also highlighted Yemen Mobile Company’s continued efforts to enhance its services in line with the latest developments in e-learning technologies. Meanwhile, Dr. Esam Al-Hamli expressed his appreciation for the level of development achieved at ETC, praising the joint efforts of the University and Yemen Mobile Company in advancing this vital initiative.
This field visit reflects the ongoing coordination between Sana’a University and Yemen Mobile Company to advance digital transformation and improve the quality of higher education in the Republic of Yemen.
