Sana’a University Launches Daily “University Mail” Initiative to Support Admissions Process

Tuesday, April 7, 2026
In accordance with the directives of the University Rector, Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, Sana’a University officially launched the “University Mail” initiative today. This daily interactive service is designed to provide direct support and respond to inquiries from prospective students throughout the coordination and admission period. A dedicated post will be published daily at 4:00 PM on the university’s official verified Facebook page to serve as a centralized platform for student engagement.
The initiative aims to streamline the coordination and admission process by providing a direct channel for questions. Students are invited to submit their inquiries via the comments section of the daily “University Mail” post. Specialists from the relevant faculties and administrative departments will provide immediate, accurate, and reliable responses through the university’s official pages, ensuring that applicants receive information directly from authorized sources.
To maintain the integrity and organization of the service, the university administration has requested that users refrain from replying to others’ comments. This policy ensures that all answers originate solely from competent authorities. The university emphasized that it will take necessary administrative measures, including immediate blocking, against any accounts that violate these guidelines or spread unofficial information.
This step reflects Sana’a University’s ongoing commitment to facilitating the admission journey and providing comprehensive support to students through its official digital channels. By utilizing modern communication tools, the university continues to uphold its standards of transparency and academic service excellence.
