Sana’a University Student Affairs Council Approves Graduate Lists for Four Faculties and Discusses Student-Related Issues

The Student Affairs Council at Sana’a University held today its third regular meeting for the academic year 1448 AH, chaired by Prof. Mohammed Ali Shukri, Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Chairman of the Council, with the participation of Council members.
The meeting coincided with the Yemeni people and Muslims around the world celebrating the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
At the outset of the meeting, Prof. Mohammed Ali Shukri congratulated the Council members on this blessed religious occasion, wishing that it would bring continued goodness, prosperity, and blessings to the Yemeni people and all Muslims.
The Council began by reviewing and approving the minutes of its previous meeting before considering the items on its agenda and taking the necessary decisions.
Among the key items on the agenda, the Council approved the graduate lists of four University faculties: the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, the Faculty of Education – Arhab, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of Dentistry. These approvals were based on reports submitted by the respective faculty councils, in preparation for their final ratification by the University Council.
The Council also examined a range of student affairs, whether those referred to by faculties or submitted through student petitions. It took the necessary decisions and measures to address these issues, supporting the academic process, improving the quality of student services, and resolving challenges facing students.
The Council reaffirmed Sana’a University’s commitment to continuously enhancing its student services and welfare system in line with the requirements of the educational process. It also emphasized the University’s efforts to foster a supportive university environment that enables students to achieve academic excellence and reach their full potential.
