Sana’a University Rector Inspects Admission Progress and Automated Document Issuance Center

Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, Rector of Sana’a University, conducted an inspection tour of the Office of the Vice Rector for Student Affairs today. The visit was dedicated to reviewing the workflow of the admission and registration committees responsible for processing and distributing application files to prospective students for the upcoming academic year.
Upon his arrival, the Rector was received by Prof. Mohammed Ali Shukri, Vice Rector for Student Affairs, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Shamiri, the University Registrar. Prof. Al-Bukhaiti examined the administrative organization and performance of the registration committees handling the General, Parallel, and Self-financed admission systems across various university faculties, assessing the quality of services provided to applicants.
During the tour, the Rector also inspected the Automated Document Issuance Center for Graduates and Undergraduates. He was briefed by the center’s management on the operational mechanisms and processing rates for issuing academic degrees and official university documents, focusing on the streamlined procedures designed to facilitate quick access to credentials.
Prof. Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the critical importance of continuously upgrading student services and simplifying administrative steps to expedite the processing of student and alumni transactions. He stressed that academic documents must be issued promptly to support graduates in entering the labor market and pursuing further academic or professional endeavors. To ensure this, he directed that the center be provided with all necessary technical and administrative resources to maximize operational efficiency.
At the conclusion of his visit, the University Rector commended the efforts of the Office of Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, the admission committees, and the staff at the Automated Document Issuance Center, praising their commitment to delivering efficient and responsible services to both current students and graduates.
