Sana’a University Student Affairs Council Approves Graduate Lists and Discusses Student Issues

Tuesday, April 21, 2026, corresponding to 4 Dhul-Qa‘dah 1447 AH
The Student Affairs Council at Sana’a University held its tenth regular meeting for the 1447 AH academic year today, chaired by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Mohammed Ali Shukri, and attended by the council members.
The meeting concluded with a number of decisions, most notably the approval of graduate lists from several faculties, including Faculty of Science, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Education (Sana’a), Faculty of Commerce and Economics, Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, and Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The approval of these lists were based on reports submitted by the respective faculty councils, in preparation for their final ratification by the University Council.
The council also discussed a range of student affairs topics, whether those referred to by faculties or submitted through student petitions. After a thorough discussion, appropriate decisions were taken to support the academic process and improve the quality of student services.
The meeting began with the review and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting.
