Vision

Aspiring to prepare highly qualified teachers who can effectively develop skills in teaching Islamic Education for primary and secondary school students.

Mission

Preparing distinguished Islamic Education teachers for secondary education, enhancing their teaching skills, creativity, and competitiveness in both local and regional job markets, by offering an excellent teaching staff and specified and accredited courses that meet the highest quality and academic accreditation standards.

Aims

The program seeks to achieve the following aims:

1. Providing student teachers with knowledge, concepts, essential principles, and Sharia rulings in Islamic studies, as well as supporting and general educational sciences, to be able to efficiently teach at the secondary stage.

2. Equipping student teachers with mental and practical skills necessary for teaching Islamic Education and related sciences.

3. Developing students’ ability to utilize scientific and technical information in an integrated manner when making decisions and implementing procedural research in the field of work and community issues.

4. Consolidating the values, trends, scientific principles, and ethics of the learning profession in student teachers, emanating from the Quran and the authentic Prophetic Sunnah.

5. Helping student teachers acquire and practice communication skills, computer skills, information technology, and personal skills.
